Registration is Open!
The AGM and Conference will take place at The Chateau Nova Hotel in Yellowknife, November 3-5 (Tuesday-Thursday).
The Dinner and Celebration will be held at The Explorer Hotel the evening of November 5 (Thursday).
Ticket Options:
Members: Discounted rate for NWT Tourism members
GST Exempt: For GNWT and other GST exempt organizations
Dinner & Celebration Only: For those attending just the November 5 evening event
Key Dates:
Early Bird deadline: October 16, 2026
Cancellation deadline (no refunds after): October 19, 2026 at 5 pm
AGM Voting:
Regular and Associate Members in good standing as of July 31, 2026 may vote in Board elections and AGM matters. The AGM is free for members (no ticket required). The conference requires a paid ticket.
