Please read the information below to help you choose the right ticket type for you and your group. Note, you may register more than one person at a time.
Members: NWT Tourism members members are eligible to purchase their ticket at a discounted rate. If you are a member of NWTT make sure to choose the member ticket option.
Dinner and Celebration Ticket only: This is for guests who are not attending the Conference or AGM, but would like to attend the Dinner and Celebration the evening of Thursday, November 6.
GNWT Ticket: This ticket is for GNWT employees (it does not include GST).
If you have any dietary or allergy considerations, or accessibility requirements (mobility, vison, auditory etc.), please include this information on your registration form. Feel free to also email lana@spectacularnwt.com to discuss further if preferred.
Please note: No ticket refunds will be issued after Monday, October 20 at 5pm.
We understand that plans change so if you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation deadline considers catering and other contractual commitments between NWT Tourism and service providers for the 2025 AGM and Conference.
Funding Assistance
Delegates wishing to attend can apply for funding through the SEED Program - Business Intelligence and Networking to support their conference costs.
